hi i am 13th week i can't able to eat anything vomit sensation I am eating only dosa plz give some suggestions


It's a very common symptom during first trimester. U can eat dosa if u like to. But make sure u take less oily food. Because oily food and spicy food will make you feel worse during vomitting. Take any vegetable chutney as a side dish. Drink plenty of water

Hey Radhika its very natural..n u r gonna get into 2nd trimester so slowly ur vomiting sensation subside..so dont wry dear..try having healthy foods..if u crave for dosas then try it wit diff veges like carrot dosa etc.. take care n happy pregnancy
