Use a support pillow to help you sleep better. Mild pain is normal if unbearable please inform me about the same.

Have more fluids and more protein in ur diet
Keep iron, calcium and vitamin d3 capsule also
Soak legs on lukewarm water before going to bed
U can use back support pillow helps to reduce back pain
Mild pain is normal in pregnancy so please don't take tension
