aapko jo bhi pasand hai woh aap kha sakti ho. bas ghar ka khaana zyada khaye. leafy vegetables, fruits papaya ke alava, dryfruits jaise badam, walnuts, black raisins sehat ke liye bohot achhe hai. naariyal paani bhi roz le. baaki saari sabziyan bhi aap sakti ho. Jo bhi khaye use moderation mae khaye. Paani jyada le. doctor se pooch li jiye, woh aapko pregnancy related exercise ke baare mae bhi batayenge :-)
