I am a NO FRUITS person. Cant even see the fruits. Could somebody please make / help in making  a diet chart for me  so that I dont miss any nutrients.

In such a case focus more on dry fruits, whole pulses, green leafy vegetables. Try home made fruit juices if you can't stand whole fruits or fruit flavored dishes like banana idli/dosa, etc
