i wanted to know knorr k konse soups evening k liye best rahenge and tropicana k konsa juice sahi rahega for morning , or els what should i have in brkfst nd in evning time.. can i take bread n butter daily or not .. plz suggest the best for me n my baby.. my 11 week started ..

if possible take home made fresh soups and juices...
as all the packet products contain preservatives n that is not good for health... secondly about bread if possible take brown bread ie whole wheat bread with home made butter instead of market butter... i hope u understand... as at this time we need healthy n hygenic food for good health of us and our baby... sometimes u can prefer those knorr soups n package juices but those juices contain large amount of added sugar too that is not good for us...

          accha hoga agar aap khud ghar pe juice aur soup banaye..wo jyada healthy hoga...ghar pe banana bhi aasan hai..juice ki bajay aap fruit khaenge wo jyada aapko fayda karega..
       waise aap normal khaye jo khate hai..bas apni diet me fruits(except papaya) ,veggies jyada add kare..paani bhi aapko bahut pina hai (8-10 glass roj)...nariyal paani agar available ho to wo roj jarrur piye..maine apne time me roj piya tha..

Nisha Das once or twice is ok but avoid outside food....you can keep roasted gram or peanuts even chikkis for mid time meals...try having protein and calcium rich breakfast... something like homemade flavoured milk with multigrain bread vegetable sandwich... choose your diet as per your choice and include fruits, vegetables all seasonal, lemon (it helps absorbing iron from food you eat plus keep u fresh), masoor or moong Dal, multigrain flour, Ragi/maze/bareli/ flour, dates, sunflower/watermelon/pumpkin seeds as per your choice but have in moderation, avoid juices as it gives sugar rather eat fresh fruits to get more nutrition, have 1 LTR milk, curd and treat yourself once in a week with your favorite food to keep your moral high.... good luck...you can check diet plans at dietburp.com I have followed their veg diet plan had wonderful pregnancy and healthy baby... remember this is the best time to feed your child good so he would be born strong with good immunity

Avoid outside soups as it contains ajinomoto.. Try homemade soup n fresh homemade juice..  Yes butter n ghee u can use daily with paratha or else whole wheat or brown bread
