congratulations on your pregnancy. ask your yoga friend the reason. usne aapki koi report ya test dekhke kaha hai? ideally if the doctor has allowed there should not be a problem. i did cardio and yoga both from the 3rd month till.the last day of pregnancy. aap aise person ke pass jaiye who is an expert in pregnancy exercises and yoga

If Pregnancy is normal then all exercises that you are comfortable with and used to and those which can be adapted to Pregnancy can be done for the entire nine months. Light exercise is good for Pregnancy health and benefits the mom and the baby.

After 2 months only i started with simple walking with the baby in pram.  After 15 -20 days i started doing yoga which mostly included asanas for stomach. Then 5 th month after i used to go for a walk 1 hour daily n yoga... if its c-section better to consult

If its a  normal delivery you can.  If its c section wait for at least 6 months

haan Durga Salvi you can start pranayam and gentle asanas after 3 months if you had normal delivery. But start slow. Begin with 5 to 10 minutes of pranayama. See for a few days how you feel and then gradually increase :) , Remember to listen to your body. Look for signs of fatigue. Never should you feel any kind of pinching pain anywhere in the body when you workout :) Tc!

normal delivery me 2months tak recovery ho jati hai. Main 2months baad scooter n other activities  start kr di th i. So dent you worry n ask another yoga teacher.
