discuss the weight log with your doctor.she will check for any water; retention in your feet and other symptoms...as long as she says its fine please don't worry about weight gain...its not something completely in your hands.. you need to eat nutritious small meals throughout the day

It's lil high in the scale.
Have a low carb, high fibre diet.
Eat fresh fruits n salads with vegetables to keep a check on your weight.
Chk with ur doctor and practice yoga.
Have a healthy walk after a meal.
The over all weight gain for a healthy pregnancy should be around 8-12kgs.
Please consult your doctor if you think you have gained excess weight to chk on oedema, water retention in other words and chk if your , thyroid is normal. If your doctor has advised protein powder u can take.

You can take protein powder if your doc has recommended so but plz don't take ghee in excess it can coz health issue to you n your baby

Hi priyanka.; What was your before concieving weight??
Usually humara over-weight ya under-weight hona decide karta he k kitna weight gain is good through out. Agar aap underweight ho toh aapka zyada weight gain karna utna taklif nahi dega jitna ki aap ka pver weight honey par weight gain karna dega. And anyway 8-10 kgs is the ideal weight gain but reality me issey zyada hojaata hai. Meri sil and frnd dono ney 15-20kg gain kiya tha but kyunki meri sil over weight nahi thi usey zyada prob nahi hui jabki meri frnd already 75kgs thi toh usey delivery k wakt bohot prob hui.
Aap please doc sey consult kariye.
Mera pregn sey pehke weight 63 tha aur preg mey 63-65 k bich mey hi he and doc has told me k i dont need to worry as i will gain in 3rd trimester.
Also please tske ghee only towards the end of your pregnancy. (For eg 8th ya 9th month sey. Ghee could be one reason you r putting on fast. Not sure though.so aap please consult kariye apni gynac ko)
