Dear preeti, you can maintain sugar level through eating right. I did that too during pregnancy. Completely eliminate sugar, maida. Instead u can use stevia if at all required. Eat multigrain atta roti, lots of fruits (avoid high in sugar ones, eat guava, pomegranate, strawberry, orange, green apple).atleast 2 portions if salad in a day with cucumber and carrot. Milk, mix dal, eggs. Take protein rich diet, for snacks and tea time,u can take sugar free threptin biscuits, there are many e commerce shops available which sell diabetic friendly snacks like delight, snackible, qtrove, they even have jamun chips, okra chips etc. All the best, you should sail through fine.
