hi priyanka - jhadu pocha karne ki zaroorat bhi nahin hai. agar legs pain kar rahe hain toh aap unhe elevate kar ke rakho jab baithe ho. aur garam pani mein soak kar sakte ho. again bahut zyaada pain hai toh dr ko consult karo. tc.

Standing for a long time might cause pressure on the limbs, as you are pregnant your body becomes tired easily.
Try to wear a foot wear, pain relief foot wear while you are standing.
You take a break in between, be seated, relax for at least five minutes, so that you will not feel much pressure.
When you rest you may give cold n hot compress on your legs, this helps a lot.

Even i have to stand for cooking in the mrng and in the eve and as i am alone it takes more time to finish up the cooking chores. There are a few things my mom advised me to do which i follow religiously and thankfully my leg and back pain remains at bay.
1. Keep a plastic resting chair in the kitchen and tske 5 mins break every now and then.
2. I prefer accupressure chappals at home as it really helps me. However you can use doctor soles or cushion soft chappals at home. Always wesr them inside home. It really makes a difference.
3. Cut all the veggies in your free time and store. Avoid using kitchen time for these basics.(even dough)
