I have a
2 months old baby
Normal home made food with good portion control. And no junk.
If you breastfeed your baby and eat healthy nutritious home made food,you will lose weight. Keeping some activity level is also important! Like small walks around the house or normal household work. All the vest!
Keep breastfeeding your baby that’s first thing which will help you reduce weight... eat healthy and home food.. avoid junk and start little exercise it can simple walk initially.. drink lot of water / liquids
After 40 days start with slow walk then yoga or exercise and plse tighten Ur stomach first with cotton saree at least 40 days if it's normal delivery and continue Ur breastfeed. If u do household work then no need to do exercise just go for walk and plse eat healthy food for Ur baby atleast 6 month and don't try to get too slim till u breastfeeding. Just try to lose lower part.
