Dear eat everything in moderation, that's healthy, in intervals of 3-4hours. Avoid junk unless for extreme cravings. Make sure you rest well and ensure you don't sleep immediately after meals. Avoiding pineapple and papaya is traditionally advised so do it.; Dont have things that are too heavy or spicy either.

Eat everything in moderation. Just make sure to include adequate carbs..protein...vitamins..fibre..and water in your food... for this, Make sure u have fruits..chapati/rice...daal...sprouts(washed properly...preferably boiled to avoid infection).... Milk products or milk as u like... Salad... Avoid eating out to avoid any kind of infection...
Veggies as well..... Do include eggs/meat for protein...but remember to cook them very well....raw items can contain infectious agents...
