hi swati - in your course of pregnancy you normally put on 7-12 kgs. but it varies from person to person - some of our moms put on 20 kgs. as long as you are eating healthy and are walking everyday you should be okay. at ur next visit to the dr you can ask her this question as she is monitoring your case closely :) tc.
Usually a healthy weight gain should be between 8-12kgs.
Please follow the advice of your gynecologist, she would suggest you based on your blood reports and conditions if any.
Eat high fibre low carb diet, include lot of fruits, vegetables. Stay hydrated.
Generally in last trimester weight gain is more. Focus on nutritious and fiberous food rather that oily and fatty one. Check with your gynecologist what's the babies weight and growth.
