Q:

Tomorrow is my baby's vaccination date. Which fever medicine is suitable for 2 month old baby ? My pediatrician is out of town.If a pediatrician is available as expert in babychakra please tag him/her.

You must have got your baby's vaccination chart..vaccinations are done according to that only..I guess going by the baby's paediatrician is more apt..you can wait for one or two days till he returns..

Tomorrow i will take my baby to a govnment health centre for vaccination. We live in a semi-urban area. Everyone goes to the health centre for vaccines. other essential vaccines like rota virus, pnumococcal will be given by the pediatrician. I just want to know about the fever medicine from a pediatrician.

My paed advised crocin drops, its actually as per body weight of the baby. If you open the leaflet given with it,there must be specification...like on crocin, its mentioned (wt 3.8- 5.5 - 0.5 ml to 0.8 ml)..
