My baby has cold and cough.; Can I give him monthly vaccine or not?

Madhuri,usually docs avoid during cough and cold. But do visit the doc and let him check the baby and decide what needs done!

Please check with doctor as they suggest looking at baby condition.. normally in fever doctor say no..

No dear ....my padea uses to say let's wait for the baby to healthy n fit then we can go for vaccination as one or two days doesn't make a difference but the baby should be fine... Consult your doctor , first he will be treating for cold n cough then going ahead with the. Vaccination..tc

My lo too was suffering from cold n cough n her paed asks us to avoid vaccine till c gets completely well.

Hi. My daughter had cough and cold at 1.5 months. Ideally all medicines are avoided below 6 months of age. We started saline drops in nose to clear blockage. But her cough aggravated and she was not able to feed or sleep. Doctor gave us some drops which were helpful. Do visit your doctor if it aggravates
