U can add jaggery, dry fruits powder, dry dates powder, sugar free or stevia tablets to milk. Or u can add cardamom, ajwain or haldi as well

As u have mentioned over weight,try to consume low fat soya milk,low fat oat milk products
When I was carrying my mom roasted all the dry fruits and made a fine powder, it has sufficient sweetness and lot of nutrition.
I hav been advised mama proteinex to consume with milk

Dear Usha, use almonds mainly and add a little sugar for taste. Make sure you eat well generally and take in protein rich diet. It's best you avoid artificial sweeteners though.
Have milk with badam powder or dryfruit powder,; i did the same
I have sugar problem.so Dr suggested me to take D- protein milk powder which is sugar free
