Avoid dairy. maybe you aren't being able to digest it.; Have you been facing this earlier too??
Substitute proteins in form of eggs, fish and chicken if you are non veggie.
Satarupa B Kaur earlier I used to eat milk without any health issue. I am not feeling better after pregnancy. I do not feel hungry to eat anything
Happens to a lot of us dear.; Don't worry.; Have nuts fry fruits and also try making Panir recipes if cooked dairy is tolerable.; Instead of milk have veggies and fruits too.; There's lots of stuff to eat.; Not having one item won't cause any harm. Eat small portions at gaps of 3-4hrs and keep hydrated. For anything else, tag me.. I'll try to help you with food ideas and recipes too.;

Milk too might cause acidity ...check if it recoccurs tc
It might be due to bread intake..
Even i had the same problem when i was in my 1st trimester. Whenever i ate bread i used to vomit alot even i didnt had much of morning sickness but after having bread and mostly maida things i had vomits.
Better to avoid bread now.
Have small portion of food at regular intervals
Pregnancy makes you averse to some foods . . I hated Gobi while pregnant
Unless it's repeatedly vomiting u r fine. Start ur day with more healthy options like oats or ragi
