I will tell u a Chick pea and raw mango recipe. This is called "ambbe dal"
Soak chick peas for 5-6hrs. Peel then Grate raw mango. Put them in a mixer together along with green chilli as per taste. Make a paste. If required add a little bit of water. Add salt as per taste and sugar a pinch. Once mixed properly take it in a bowl. In a small wok take oil add rai and curry leaves if u like and tadka Laga do. Mix well. It tastes awesome.
