Nothing unusual. Eat energy boosting foods and snack on nuts almonds etc. Also have ample water. Feeling sleep is usual in preg--whatever trimester.; Don't worry.

It's the climate. Have instant energy boosters and indulge in some fun exercises or just do the normal household with foot tapping numbers on loud music u will surely bounce back.
pregnancy is d reason .... rest as much u can .... :)
There are a lot of hormones that changes during pregnancy,this could be the reason for it. Dont worry take rest

Nothing it's just pregnancy harmones playing a game with you dear it's very normal in pregnancy don't worry take a nap whenever you feel sleepy
