Hey khushi,you can make so many things with avocado. You can even eat it as a salad with some pepper and lemon. You can make guacamole ( an avocado dip which can be eaten with rice or chapati)..take avocado,peel and puree it,put some pepper,salt to taste,onion chopped, and few green chillies if you like to as per taste, grind and enjoy with lemon on top like a chutney with mexican style rice or roti (tortilla)..Man,slurrp slurrp..i am so much missing chipotle burrito bowl while writing this recipe..Anyways! Enjoi👍
Boil mash n eat with pepper n salt.
Make a chutney with acacado,red chilli,onion,salt.
Make a soup by cooking it.
