Hi,
I am 29 weeks pregnant and will be travelling to Coimbatore in my 32nd week...
I was thinking of enrolling in a breathing exercise class. Kindly request you ladies to suggest if taking up breathing classes beyond 33 weeks is beneficial?? Or am i already late?
Also, any inputs on best centres near Vadavalli, R.S.Puram areas would be much appreciated.

Breathing exercises are done during pregnancy to help strengthen the abdomen and build lung capacity. You can start deep breathing practice even now. The exercises for labor breathing should ideally be practiced from week 28 onwards. You may want to take a class now to learn the same and start practicing regularly. The key is that you need regular practice. You can also check out some of my videos online on labor breathing and pregnancy breathing exercises if you like.

Normal breathing excercise can be done by yourself with the help of gadgets... Instead of enrolling in classes first try this

Breathing excersise is very effective through out pregnancy and also post delivery.
This could help you relax n aid during pregnancy.
Unfortunately i dont hv details on clases at coimbatore,im in chennai. Do let me know if u need any help i can chk with my pals n help u
