Hey dear as of now go for exclusive breastfeed .. after 6 months you can see the difference by the time the wounds also heal and the body gets back to shape . If not you can start with yoga and mild excercise... TC

Hey Suchi, you first need to ensure that your sticthes are healed and your internal system is as well. Pl talk to your doctor and take advsie on when you can start exercises. It takes time to heal! Also, start light walks to ensure there is no pressure on your internal organs.

Hey suchi I feel u need to start walking and some light exercises after clearance from your gynaec..exclusive breastfeeding is very gud and does help in losing fat but I feel that alone is not sufficient. One should be active and effort should be made to get back in shape. Rarely there are a lucky few who return to pre pregnancy shape without any conscious efforts. But it's also imp at the same time to listen to ur body and work. Everyone is different. I think rather than waiting for 6 months and then start with fitness routine it's better to start early and get the results in a slow and steady manner..
