Hey rest is good but rest of the day be active. Active rahne se digestion achha rahega vomiting jldi hi ruk jayegi kuch moms ke throughout pregnancy rahti h mere abhi tak vomiting hoti h but meri doctor ne muje tablet de rakhi h to ye problem kam rahti h and plzz keep hydrat your self and take small meals
Plz apna din kuch biskeet se suru kre uthte hi 5 min ke andar le is se vomiting me bahut fayda milega and be positive 😊
