My baby is 3 months old.. When he 'll b playing aft breastfeeding he spills watery content from his mouth (nt immediately aft breastfeeding).. is it k.. or is it because of indigestion

A possible reason could be over fed at times.. or on tummy soon after feed. It could also be indigestion. Try to burp well or keep him in inclined position for sometime after feed n burp.
