No, but I've checked on some sites, it was mentioned normal weight to be in 50-55kg so was trying at least two kg, since my weight keeps on fluctuating between 49-51, I guess it's perfect to be in 53-55

Is it safe to drink cool drink in pregnancy? I consume 250ml on an average per day.
What in cool drink?? Water or aerated??? Aerated and artificial flavoured or packaged drinks are a strict no. Also cool and chilled are diff. As far as anything is not too chilled i guess it will be fine. As these days because of sudden weather change and heat; i am unable to drink normal temp water. So i either cool it in the mud vessel or i store in refrigerator for 10 mins before drinking. Not more than that

If the baby growth is normal irrespective of weight gain you must not tk stress as stress can make you lose weight. Also know whats your bmi as per height and you will get a fair idea of the advisable weight gain. Consult your doc. She will be the right judge.
Aerated drink everyday ? Pp stop immediately. It is not recommended at all. Instead have fresh juices. Packed juices also a no as they are loaded with sugar and preservatives. Have lots of lime water no sugar and lots of plain water

Hi. Average weight gain ranges from 4 to 10 kg. So do not be in a hurry. If the baby is growing well and you are eating well and not feeling too tired then you are on the right track. Thin people have given birth to healthy babies so no worries. Secondly cool drinks are not a problem if they are water and freshly pressed juices at home. Avoid aerated waters, juices from outside stalls, golas and ofcourse alcohol.
Sprite, Coca-Cola, Pepsi cool drinks, I've this daily. 100ml to 150ml. Is it fine?

I am facing digestion problem, lots of burps after every meal. So I've very little quantity two sips of sprite or Coca-Cola and that clears it all. So can you suggest me an alternative for digestion??
Ajwain boiled in water(but not everyday,in extreme case) chew some fennel seeds. Have cold milk. In summer you can go for chaas. I also am facing a lot of prob with digestion but i keep walking and chew some fennel seeds or drink cold milk. Avoid aerated completely. Throughout my pregnancy until today i had cold drink only twice but that too i kept feeling sorry inside for the baby.
I know sometimes we get forced but try to control, you will do better without it.
