I think u should consult your Dr and take rest for few days

Hi Shallu, pain in legs is not related to low-lying placenta. At 18 weeks, it is ok to have a low-lying placenta. It tends to move up as the weeks advance. However you must take care that you do not lift heavy weights, bend or squat too much or overexert yourself. Take adequate rest, prop your legs up on a stool when at work. Keep up with your daily movements but at a slower pace. For the pain in the leg, I hope you are having adequate water. If yours is a completely sedentary job, make sure to get up and walk slowly around for 1-2 minutes every 1 hours. This will ensure that your muscles are being made to work and will releive pressure on any nerves in your back. While sleeping keep a pillow between your legs and sleep on left side.
