Vomiting could've been for indigestion,; acidity; or even the pregnancy hormones. Eat light, in gaps and have lots of water or fluids.; Keep a check if milk is causing you indigestion too. Same for dairy products. Take care dear.
It may be due to several reasons...maybe milk or if u have acid reflux. Go easy and avoid milk for a while if u feel so.
Hey eat small meals...avoid milk during breakfast ...try to take some citrus juices as normally during the morning time we feel nausea .. tc

Eliza if u have acidity issues
..pls avoid citrus completely. Instead have a good breakfast along with a glass of fresh juice but no oranges, sweetlime or even apple juice is not good for acidity as per my knowledge. Ofcourse no milk but yogurt or fresh curd is great!
