Congratulations! By when are you planning for a baby?
Congratulations! How many weeks are you?
I have a
4 months old baby
at least 2 months..
40 days at least cover urself have milk with almonds homemade soups and if possible massage
Depends I have friends who were moving around from 2nd day itself.; I took time literally 3 months
Doctor told be to take small; walks after 10 days else the joints will get freezed...I used to walk little bit but dint do much till two months time ...
Don't stress yourself see how much rest your body wants to..avoid heavy tasks though ..
Take rest for at least a month. Your body needs to recover from surgery as well as the fatigue from sleepless nights, and breastfeeding sessions
There is no need for lying down unless doctor has asked u too. The more u get up and move around, better will be ur recovery. Walk after evry meal. Try and pick up baby and move a bit, it will give a change to both of u
More u keep sitting and lying down, it will take more time for ur body to recover
It can change from person to person. After coming back from hospital take bed rest for at least a week. That is needed. Don't exert much apart from moving here and there a bit and handling the baby. Then gradually start increasing your activity. In 2o days time you must be able to do many things.
Take rest for atleast 2 months. do take gentle walks as often as you can. The movement will help your body heal and prevent from constipation.drink plenty of water.
I had c section on 14th. I am feeling fit and fine so I don't lie down whole day. But whenever I sit or walk, my elders advise me to sleep every time.
