Hi Megha and Priti. Please do read the answers given by Moms here on a similar question asked earlier: Found this on BabyChakra. Thought you'd find it helpful!
You will feel breathlessness during pregnancy. However , if it is very severe, you should discuss with your doctor instead to see if it needs attention.
Neha Agarwal thanku so much...😊
Always there Priti Raghuvanshi !
Breathlessness is very common during pregnancy and more so in the last few weeks as the uterus is pushing against the lungs and not giving them space to expand. Avoid sleeping on your back as this can increase the discomfort. Try and sleep at an incline. During the day time practice deep breathing exercises very frequently to help the lungs to expand. Feeling of fullness is also very normal as the uterus is also pressing against the stomach. Eat small portions but eat multiple times as nutrition for you is important for baby's growth.
