Please correct your Thyroid status first... It's very easy and very very important... Are you hyperthyroidism or hypothyroid... This seems to be TSH value 13.45...it is so?? If yes you are hypothyroid... Please start Thyroid medication
For PCOS it's a fairly common condition.. Please see a gynaecologist and check; whether you form an egg or not... You may be having irregular periods and not forming egg on time and may require simple medication for that
