Hi frndz i m new mom to be nd my 37 week running nd m so stressed even i cant sleep properly whn i think about the delivery and pain help me to reduce stress and how to be motivated

Hi sanyogita.. Even I have gone through the same phase. Don't think much about delivery n don't read n search everything about labour n pain.. It actually adds our stress. Read good books like spiritual or inspirational. Listen songs. N most importantly talk to your dear ones but it should not be just abt ur worries.. Try to make out a way to stay happy fresh n stressless. Do anulom vilom while sitting free n do simple yoga allowed in pregnancy. These all help us divert our mind. At night time, try listen some mantras it will help you to sleep well. Don't take tension. Be positive n keep urself happy it will automatically help ur baby to be happy n healthy.

Hi dear... I too delivered a few weeks ago... Trust me there will be pain but it is manageable.. God has created women so that they can beat the pain.. at the end when you hold your little one in your arms.. you will forget everything...
Till then just practice breathing exercises, walk and be happy. Think positive thoughts..
Eat dates.. they help..

Hi dear.. I too delivered a few weeks back. I won't say it will be totally painless.. but believe me it is totally bearable. God has created women so that they can manage childbirth. It will all disappear as soon as you hold your little one...
Till then walk around, do breathing exercises, talk to your hubby and spend time together... Eat dates.. that helps,
And stay positive... Don't listen to PPL who say it's tough.. keep calm and trust in yourself...

hey sanyogita. pls hang in there! you will be absolutely fine! i'm tagging some other new moms to reassure you. just keep yourself distracted positively with music and movies (baad mein no time to watch movies!!). have you packed ur hospital bag and read up on labour? we have lots of helpful info on the app. let me know if you need the links. pls keep us updated. we are all here for u!

Firstly congratulations.
Ask your gynac if you can do some prenatal yoga. Please do it under supervision.
Best do some walking in the mornings and evenings. Think positive and meditate. Always keep telling yourself that you will be delivered normal. I had butter and shudh ghee few days prior to my deliver .
Yes pain will be there but its a matter of mere 3 - 4 hours (in my case though) and your little one will be in our arms. Goodluck stay happy, stay positive.

Hey sanyogita.. Relax n take a deep breath.. It is difficult but not impossible.. It is painful but not unbearable...trust me.. Hv been thru it.. Jus a month back.. Jus focus on d outcome.. Whn u will hear ur lil one's cry 4 d 1st time u will forgt evrything...
Do not stress a lot..
Pls while in labour practice deep breathing... It will help ur pain to subside.. Whn u wil b getting contractions ask someone close to u to remind u to deep breath.. U might forget in pain.. My husband constantly reminded n pain lessens whn u deep breath..it wil help u in conserving enrgy for pushin.. If i can do it then anyone can.. As per my doc she nvr expctd that i can delivr normally.. So its doable trust me whn i say that..
Follow ur docs advice while pushing.. She wil definitely tell u the technique how n whr to concentrate on pushing.. . I pushed my baby out in d 4th time..
Moreover think n stay positv.. Drink lots of watr.. Walk for half n hour aftr evry meal if ur pregnancy is complication free.. N yes as Kanupriya; said have dates.. I too had 6 to 7 dates n anjeer daily..

Dear Sanyogita,priti has beautifully written it! I can totally relate to your woes,its okay to feel nervous,anxiety and all sorts of anxiousness. I would reiterate what i said ,every woman is different,i know the ones whose labour was a cakewalk,two hours done and dusted. Slight pain,cervix dilated ,baby out! Then there are ladies like me who were in labour for; more than 20 hours and had to deliver through c section because babys head was not engaged!
So,stay positive,relax,read and watch videos on labour.the way to ease down is to prepare and be aware if what can happen during labour.; Practice breathing exercises,stay active,stay happy.. all the very best. Just think of your little one who has to go through a lot inside and while coming out too! Once its done,you will rediscover your own strengths. I never knew i can bear so much until this baby happened.
Just think of how beautiful ur baby is and prepare for baby,do online shopping,keep stuff ready,once baby is here,you wont get time for urself. Pamper,catch on sleep and enjoi last few weeks of pregnancy! Your life is going to change..Blessings and live your way 💞💞💞
