I joined the full term pregnancy program for labor preparation. It is good to know step by step information about your baby's birth and also the changes to expect in your own body during labour. I was taught different exercises -for bearing down and relaxation practices - which helped me sooo much during my actual delivery ( I continued to do them on my own later).
all pregnant moms will find this very helful. This session made my mental and physical condition so easy after delivery.
