One gets the program material in the first class itself. (a book with printed rhymes and corresponding activities to be done when the rhyme plays and a one time download of the rhymes on an app). I used to play the music at home and conduct the small activities with my baby. As the program claims, it does help in mother baby/toddler bonding. My personal experience is that it does develop an acumen for following rhythm, musical notes in a baby. My 2.5 year old toddler hums the tune of many difficult rhymes and also sings many of them. My belief is that musical bonding played an important role in this.
Only drawback of the entire concept was that there is only one class per week for 10 weeks where one gets to enjoy the music in a group and meet other moms and babies/toddlers/kids. The onus of taking maximum benefit from the program is on the parents, as one is supposed to play the music at home and conduct the small activities.
