I joined Dr. Riddhi's prenatal yoga class in my 5th month of pregnancy, right till the 9th month. It was really very helpful since for most of my pregnancy I had severe ankle pain and swelling due to which walking wasn't a feasible exercise option. Her weekend sessions along with the home-exercise schedule that she provided helped me stay active through the pregnancy months, and prepare my body for a normal delivery. She would also regularly guide with tips for diet and provide useful information pertaining to labour and delivery. Thanks Dr. Riddhi.
