I had joined Riddhi for Prenatal Yoga and Lamaze sessions during my 5th month of pregnancy.. It was amazing experience as being working I was not able to do any physical activities however after joining Dr Dr Riddhi I got a routine of workout and her constant push and encouragement helped me for normal delivery. A must for all expecting mother to understand and workout right to help yourself and your baby..Thanks a lot Doc you are doing great work😊
