Joining Fit for Birth for prenatal yoga was of one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. Dr. Riddhi not only ensured I do the right exercises ( customised to the week and health of mum to be) the right way, she also guided me with dos n don'ts, diet/nutrition, birthing and hospital/doc information. She was always reachable on phone to discuss any issue or question that we had.
Additionally experiences of other mum's to be in the class also helps a lot.
I believe that prenatal yoga under Dr.Riddhi's supervision and my active work-life helped me have a healthy pregnancy, short labour and normal delivery.
