Earlier the customer care executive tells me that you will get the yellow small bag (which is shown in add) but when I received my order there is no bag with the products

I called again and then they say it is not included with the products after 10 minutes of arguing he said it is not mentioned anywhere that they will provide bag This is not acceptable

Why are your customer executive saying that bag will come when you are not giving
