This initiative by Khyati addresses two major concerns when trying to reach ideal weight and get fit: 1) Lack of time for exercise 2)What to do when eating out / travelling.

Not that she says you don't need exercise, but her plans seem to work even if you don't work out. What's best is there's so much to eat, there's no room for binge-eating / cravings. It's an added advantage that she's never 'too busy' for you. Available always, patient and polite... you need that in someone who is going to mentor you to good health! Great job, Khyati! :)
