Rolly Sapru's class was recommended to me by my gynae in the 4th month of pregnancy. And it turned out to be one of the most enriching, and empowering things I could've signed up for as an expecting mum. The weekly pre-natal yoga class (and the associated support group on whatsapp) helps you to understand the limits of your pregnant body, and make the most out of yourself in those second and third trimesters. Turst me, there is a lot you can do which conventional or traditional advisors would balk at. Rolly also holds highly informative lectures over the weekend, for the husband or secondary support giver. She covers very important but often ignored aspects of nutrition, labor & delivery, breast feeding, baby care etc. The yoga and the lectures are invaluable, and I would recommend these to any and every expecting couple. She instills great confidence in your own ability to handle the pregnancy, the actual birthing & delivery, and even post-natal care during the first weeks of your new-born's life. When everyone at the hospital (quite competently) is always talking in medical techincal terms and probing you as a "patient", Rolly provides you with the where with all to know what they are talking about so you can be on top of the situation, while trusting your doctors on the medical aspects.
