Quite a traditionalist, in the sense that he does not hesitate to prescribe medicines (even antibiotics) for the smallest of children. If you are the kind of new-age mother who prefers to avoid too many medicines for young children, please avoid visiting this doctor. Whilst he is really kind hearted and excellent with children, his specialty lies in his emergency clinic which is open 24/7 and treats kids with more severe problems. But for the regular viral infections that most kids go through, he tends to put too much emphasis on medicines, whether to bring a fever down, or surpress a cough etc. One more thing to be prepared for - he does allow the next patient in even before he's finished with the current one. So you will be sharing your space with other patients, and you may feel a little rushed.
