Such a huge expanse of greenery (and dust) in Mumbai - was very surprising for me when i first visited the central park. There are lots for rides for children and of course so much area to run and play ball. There is no entry fee and it is advisable to park the near to the entry of the park as much as possible (because while returning to car you will be dog tired after so much of walk already in the park!). It is beautiful in rainfall and there is a picturesque waterfall right opposite to the central park (another site to visit if you want to spend a lazy day with family). On the improvement front --- There are no eatery joints and no washrooms. It is advisable to carry your own snacks and water bottles and do not forget mosquito repellants.
