Book My Bai has proved to be an agency who has smartly taken the complete amount away from me as a customer and not provided any decent maid who can even work for a 1 month. Not to stop at that but after charging 15,000 bucks Maids sent have had addiction problems, stealing problems, refusing to work problems. The manager refused to Alcino Dsouza has refused to address this complaint and not even returned our money for not having served for 2 months. I would kindly urge all of you to not pay money to this Branded agency. It's money straight into the pockets and they keep rotating around the same maids every place and are enjoying on free commissions taken by client by not even offering a replacement.
