For me it's a little ME time going to Mickey Mehta. You get to loose your extra calories and also feel refreshed after it. They have a variety of sessions which include traditional yoga, power yoga, cross training, aerobics, boot camp and cardio. You can go whenever you find time starting 6 am to 8 pm ( not sure what time they close). The trainers are well trained and ensure everyone has the correct posture. Me being an absolute non dancer have started enjoying the aerobics sessions. So I would highly recommend joining
