I enrolled my toddler in their summer camp this year. in the very first week, my son brought his tiffin back as it is. when i offered him something to eat, he ate like a hungry dog. i called school premises to enquire why his tiffin was not opened at all, the incharge told me that she will get back to me in two minutes. however, no one called me back, rather i called them several times with the same reply as earlier. when i really got furious, the lady told me that she is busy with admissions and they are regular school admissions and not summer camp admissions like my son. so fiRST incident of negligience, they didnt bother to answer my query as i was just summer camp admission and secondly of sheer negligience of child's lunch was not opened at all.
Another day my child was hurt and had this bruise on his lips, when asked why didnt they bother to inform parents, they said it happened few minutes before the school was about to get over. the only answer they had was ' sorry'
Another fine day when they had this pool day in the school; to my surprise n shock my toddler came back with the used diaper along with his set of clothes, water bottle n lunch box...
Few other incidents happened when his water tumbler ( Tupperware airtight) was not closed properly n all his clothes were wet.
All this happened in the span of 20 working days. My question to them was that this is all what i know n experienced, i really doubt what all they do once we leave our child in their custody.
