Mansi is a dear friend and happened to be a great guide throughout our pregnancy. I wanted to stay active and positive throughout my pregnancy and what better way than to get together with other pregnant women and learn some relaxation techniques and at the same time feel energetic and fit. I attended weekend prenatal yoga classes led by Mansi starting from my third month of pregnancy and went on till the week before we delivered. One of the best experiences through this entire journey was having my husband join me on Sundays to participate in our workouts - such a nice way to bond with the baby and also had a lot of fun and laughter in the process - watching our husbands try to do squats and ab crunches. Really what a wonderful experience. I'd do it all over again as I never felt so healthy, fit, and in control of my pregnancy and myself as I did when I attended these sessions. I highly recommend all pregnant women to sign up for Happy Birthing - and make sure your hubbys participate too!!! All the best Mansi and thank you for such a wonderful experience.
