I started going to Kadambaris Prenatal yoga classes in my 4th month and I think it's the best decision I made to help me with my pregnancy. Kadambari is an excellent teacher and her guidance and tips to each student are very useful. Absolutely recommend this class to anyone looking for a holistic and peaceful approach during their pregnancy. Her classes have given me a chance to interact with other mommies to be and share our experiences. The mantras and the bonding sessions with your baby in the womb makes me feel really good. The exercise routine was varied in each class as well focussing on different stretches and breathing techniques to shape up for labour. The class truly leaves me feeling relaxed and confident to prepare for delivery.
