I would highly recommend Dr.Dhwani Shah for prenatal yoga n exercise. She was very helpful for me as at my 31 week scan my baby was in breach position. After I started my exercises with her my baby turned n is in vertex position. Also she is very encouraging n helpful in understanding the needs of our body during this times. Also her lectures on labor process n labour coping and breastfeeding is very helpful for new expectant mothers like me.
