So many of you wanted receipe so posting here itself..
Whole wheat pizza muffins
Oil half cup
Salt to taste
Pepper crushed to taste
Mixed herbs to taste
Vegetables of your choice 1/4cup
Milk 1cup or adjust accordingly need cake type batter
Tomato sauce 1tbsp
Cheese 1/4 cup
Baking soda 1/4 TSP
Baking powder 2tsp
1.Mix oil,curd, tomato sauce and cheese.
2. Add sieved dry ingredients.
3.Add mixed herbs,salt,pepper and vegetables like corn etc.
4. Now add milk slowly and mix to get cake batter like consistency
5. Preheat the oven.
6. Pour in muffin moulds.
7. Top it with cheese and vegetables of your choice.
8. Bake for 20 mins or more at 180 degree Celsius preheated oven.
9. Tadda check with toothpick..
10. Serve with sauce of your choice.
