Here is how #navratri Healthy Mantra fast plate looks like.. Can't believe ?? But that's truth !! Wondering how is that possible ? Eating pancakes are allowed?
Well, this is raj-sing vrat pancakes.. 😊
Ingredients

✅ Rajgeera flour - 10 gms

✅ Singhada flour - 20 gms

✅ Sendha namak & green chillies chopped as per taste

✅ Roasted jeera powder - ½ tsp

✅ Chopped green coriander - 1 tsp

✅ Cucumber grated - 1 tsp

✅ Buttermilk ¼ cup

✅ Ghee - ½ tap to 1 tsp
Method

1. In a bowl above ingredients except buttermilk.

2. Now slowly add the buttermilk and keep mixing so that lumps are not formed.

3. Keep it aside for 10 minutes don't add more buttermilk because Cucumber will also leave water.

4. Heat a non stick pan or any pan which you use. Add few drops of ghee and put a laddle full batter. Cool from one side till is golden brown now flip & cook from another side. Serve it with coriander chutney.

Today in our caste we celebrate bachwaras ....

It's a festival celebrated by mom's were they don't eat Rice, Wheat and cow milk...

So today's breakfast was Obsessed with 🐻... Buckwheat pancake...

.

.

This can be eaten during upcoming #navratri fast...

Ingredients
1. Buckwheat flour half cup

2. Upwas Salt to taste

3. Curd 1/4 cup

4. Oil for roasting

5. Water for making batter

6. Ginger, chilli and coriander leaves chopped

7. Boiled mashed potatoes 1small

.

.

Method
1. Make a batter with all the ingredients except oil

2. Heat a pan

3. Pour ladle full of batter and for ears small spoon full of batter

4. Sprinkle little oil

5. Flip the side

6. Once done serve hot with dip of your choice..
