Namo yoga studio is a projection of yoga practice and a yogic lifestyle. We aim at building a yoga community and a home to the practicing yogis and healers.
Namo yoga studio will bring in the teachings of kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Amrit Nam kaur ( certified with Kundalini Research Institute, New Mexico) will be taking you through the classes and his teachings. 

Pregnancy yoga classes are taken at  residence - Naraina vihar  also tiiming and days are accordingly to customer preferances ,
