Studio Yogashayan offers Prenatal and post natal yoga classes for moms-to-be. Pregnancy yoga classes are structured in a way that takes care of both the mother and the development of the unborn baby. With breathing exercises and proper relaxation, the yoga asanas gives strength and happiness bringing maximum benefits to the both. The packages range is Rs 300/- per class, 10 classes Rs 2000/-.  Private home classes Rs. 500/- per class.
